Do this method 15 minutes per day so that the benefits can be felt optimally.

2. Do positive affirmations

You can also do positive affirmations to overcome sleeplessness. By doing this, you can focus more and your mind will also be calmer. This method has been proven to reduce insomnia levels. Choose words that are positive and simple to allow you to relax and fall asleep more easily.

3. Yoga

Apart from meditation, yoga is also a relaxation technique that can help you overcome insomnia. This movement can reduce stress and improve mental focus. Do at least 20 minutes every day to help the body become more relaxed. Sleep will be easier when the body is relaxed.

4. Exercise regularly

Exercise has many health benefits, one of which helps overcome insomnia. After exercising, the body will feel tired which makes it easier for someone to sleep faster and the quality also improves. Try to do light exercise 20 minutes per day to get these benefits.

5. Massage therapy

Massage therapy can also be done as an effective way to deal with sleeplessness. This method can improve sleep quality, and reduce pain, anxiety, and depression. Stress is one of the causes of insomnia. When getting a massage, try to focus on the sensation of touch so that the body is more relaxed and it becomes easier to sleep.

6. Reducing the use of electronic devices

The light from electronic devices, such as cellphones, can cause a decrease in the production of the hormone melatonin which disrupts sleep. This risks reducing the quality of sleep, so you can experience sleep disturbances. Therefore, it’s best to keep gadgets out of sight, at least an hour before going to bed.

Do one of the methods above so that sleep disturbances can be resolved easily. If you have done the method above, but insomnia does not improve, you should consult a doctor.
