How to Check BPJS Health Easily

BPJS Health is a public legal entity established to administer the National Health Insurance-Healthy Indonesia Card (JKN-KIS). BPJS Kesehatan seeks to guarantee public health. In Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning JKN, participation in BPJS Health is mandatory. Therefore, all Indonesian citizens are required to become BPJS Health participants. 1. Through JKN

This application can be downloaded on the Google Play Store or App Store. You can check BPJS Health membership in the Participant menu. The trick is to open the Mobile JKN application on your cellphone, login with your NIK and password, type the captcha code in the column provided. Then, click login, select the Participant menu. The BPJS Health number can be seen on the digital card that appears in the application.

2. Through JKN Chat Assistant (CHIKA)

The next way to check BPJS Health is through the JKN Chat Assistant (CHIKA). This service can be accessed through several social media applications, such as Facebook Messenger on Facebook/BPJSKesehatanRI/, the Telegram messaging application at @Chika_BPJSKesehatan_bot, and the WhatsApp application at 08118750400. The trick is to chat with CHIKA via Facebook Messenger, Telegram and WhatsApp, then select the Check Status menu. Participants, type participant number/NIK, type date of birth according to the format requested by CHIKA. Then, information on the Active Status of JKN-KIS membership will appear.

3. Via Care Center 165

Another way to check whether BPJS Kesehatan is active is through Care Center 165. This number has been accessible to the public since last September 2021. Participants can call number 165 to check BPJS Health with NIK KTP. The call center can be contacted 24 hours.

4. Through BPJS ONE

You can also check BPJS Health through BPJS ONE officers at the referral hospital. Usually, the officer will wear a yellow vest that reads BPJS ONE.
